Dennis brought up the make up of our Leadership team and feels we need to encourage some more members of the special education staff. The group was in agreement that it is a good idea and our goal should be to make our group a good representation of our entire staff. Jeff recommended that the Special Education group should talk about this at our November meeting. Stephanie encouraged everyone to talk with their peers across the state and see how they do their all staff days. |

Patty updated the group on the collection status and on the BrightBytes Data Retreat on December 8, 2016. ESU 17 staff will complete the survey at the November staff meeting. |

Jeff suggested that we add a Twitter feed to our ESU 17 web page. Continue the newsletter. We need to think about the branding of the ESU. |

The ESU has 10 licenses of LastPass. We will try it as core services first. Ben has Becky signed up already. He will work with her on a list of services to share with everyone. |
